Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your order from NurturedBySA, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full amount (minus the shipping costs) will be returned. You will need to provide proof of purchase in order for the return to be processed.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items' condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.
We accept product exchanges in case-by-case situations, for example, if you ordered the incorrect ring size, we will process an exchange if this is suitable for you.
However, additional fees may apply.
In situations where the product may be defective, we will not be able to provide an alternative for this, as you are held liable once the product has left our warehouse. We ensure extra care when handling customer products.
